Responsibilities

Drive Iteration: Ensures a hypothesis led approach to successfully iterate product ideas based on customer feedback, from prototype to product.
Lead with Purpose: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your assigned product or value stream.
Prioritize for Impact: Assess value and prioritize epics, features, and stories to ensure focus on high-impact initiatives aligned with product strategy.
Own the Backlog: Maintain a well-defined, continuously refined product backlog using effective user story and estimation techniques.
Plan Releases: Develop and lead product release plans, setting clear expectations for delivery of new functionalities.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with other Product Owners and Product Managers to align dependencies and ensure consistency across the Yara product portfolio.
Champion Agile Excellence: Understand and apply Agile principles deeply — not just the “how,” but the “why”.
Remove Barriers: Actively mitigate impediments that could impact successful delivery of sprint or release goals.
Foster Collaboration: Promote a culture of open communication, peer support, and continuous improvement across teams.

Profile

Previous working experience as a Product Owner. Must have experience leading one or more digital products independently.
BS in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field.
In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles.
Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation and leadership skills.
English is a must, Portuguese and Spanish are a plus.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
Attention to detail.
