Descrição da posição | Responsabilidades

Coordinate Analysts team;
Measure progress against definition and performance targets, following up with Commercial Team;
Follow up and Action Plans to ensure the targets reaching;
Maintain governance processes and controls by working with projects and business cases to analyze the impact of forward selling;
Support the implementation of new working process and new or existing tools and BIs;
Trainer of Finance concepts and its impacts in Sales Performance (before, during and after sales);
Ensure the correct allocation of budgets and fixed costs challenging the best allocation or savings;
Focal point to align and measure the Sales KPI´s throughout the year.

Perfil | Formação e conhecimentos

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field;
Desirable: Business specialization;
English: spoken and written fluency;
Experience in Finance;
Experience of high performance team;
Budgeting and forecasting report experience;
Leadership - Focus on the results;
Analytical thinking and problem solving;
Occasional travelling is required.
