The Financial area ensures the alignment of the one-page strategy with the KPIs and actions in each management, optimizing the management of the company's financial resources. In addition, it guarantees support for strategic investments and its key processes include cash flow management, financial planning, accounts payable, foreign exchange and bank reconciliations.

Responsibilities

Be responsible and focused into Commercial performance;
Support for financial planning and forecast cycles (annual and quarterly reviews) within the company;
Converting strategy into action: building annual business plan and monthly forecasting pro-cess;
Deep dive on revenue, gross profit, costs and expenses , including safeguarding integrity and high quality of financial information;
Support the monthly closing process, update reports and analyzes of the actual vs. budgeted with high level of detail;
Provide internal customers a high level of service, adding value through insights, suggesti-ons, and challenging the status quo;
Close monitoring of performance versus goals and development focused on Premium pro-ducts portfolio performance;
Prepare and support short, medium and long-term impact scenarios simulations
Support and interact with Global Planning and Product Directors with premium performance analysis and reports;

Profile

Spirit of collaboration, protagonism, curiosity, sense of ownership and respect for differences
Relevant experience as a Business Controller
Strong commercial and portfolio performance skills are a must
Hands-on mindset
Ability to work independently and self-motivated
Able to influence and communicate effectively
Bachelor Degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering or related
MBA and / or Post Graduate Degree
Fluent english
