Descrição da posição | Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Analysts team;
• Planning, Direct Procurement and Logistics;
• Measure progress against definition and performance targets, following up with Supply Chain Team;
• Follow up and Action Plans to ensure the targets reaching;
• Maintain governance processes and controls by working with projects and business cases to analyze the impact of each scenario;
• Support the implementation of new working process and new or existing tools and BIs;
• Ensure the correct allocation of budgets and fixed costs challenging the best allocation or savings;
• Focal point to align and measure the Supply Chain KPI´s throughout the year.

Perfil | Formação e conhecimentos

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field;
• Desirable: Business specialization;
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, logistics, and procurement processes;
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills;
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities;
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities;
• Performance analysis and KPI tracking;
• English: spoken and written fluency;
• Strong experience in Finance;
• Strong  Leadership experience of high performance team;
• Strong budgeting and forecasting report experience.
