Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

This is the new role in Yara China Branding & Marketing department which will be focusing on leading Yara China in developing and running a digital growth focus for the company (across content, targeting, analytics, optimization, automation and personalisation). Digital Marketing is key to achieving Yara growth ambitions in China.

  • Develop and run a comprehensive digital growth focus for the company in line with the overall strategy of the company.
  • Drive digital influence, lead-generation, insights and content to push growth and extend brand awareness/business exposure. Increase stickiness with existing customers and identify avenues to aquire new customers.                                                     
  • Create and coordinate the creation of meaningful, personalised, targeted rich content which has impact on lead conversion, customer recall and service/quality preceptions.
  • Work together with different teams to ensure a quality pipeline of quality leads are developed and acted on. Provide feedback and insight to internal stakeholders on external brand reputation and opportunities for impact.                                                  
  • Ownership and responsiblity for the KPIs of the digital growth function including ensuring conversions take place, de-bottlenecking internal processes and be the owner/driver for the digital customer experience.
  • Understand and advise for change management among the legacy marketing and sales functions within the organisation.
Profile
  • At least 5 end to end marketing / growth projects planned, executed and completed within the WeChat ecosystem where you were the owner and driver.
  • Prior experience managing internal team members (at least 3 people concurrently) and external vendors.
  • At least one prior experience dealing with a large organisation transforming into a more digital-first marketing company and able to share the challenges and approaches.
  • Willing to work hands on with all aspects of digital growth while considering how best to build a team.
  • Management of small sized teams.
  • Business writing and marketing skills.
  • Project Management skills
  • Fluently in English and Chinese 
  • At least 8 end to end marketing / growth projects planned, executed and completed within the WeChat ecosystem where you were the owner and driver (where each project took at least 6 to 12 months).
Additional Information
  • Requires up to 60% business travel.
