具体职责:
1、广西桂北区域水溶肥产品的销售及农艺推广工作。负责区域内水溶肥产品推广项目实施,制定并执行负责区域内需求拉动计划,包括主要客户和区域内其他客户的具体活动方案、目标作物、重点产品以及执行时间。准确、高质量、数量化地实施和跟踪需求拉动计划;
2、进行市场细分分析,重点作物与产品的匹配,并据此制定行动计划;
3、搜集市场信息,了解竞争产品动态,完成公司应季的推广及销售工作;
4、针对水溶肥产品,实施市场推广和市场份额增长战略;
5、执行需求拉动活动,不仅在经销商层面,也在终端用户层面(农户);
6、竞品分析(产品、定位、价值主张、SWOT分析);
7、 确保内部团队和零售商网络的技术培训;
8、协助公司新产品上市,跟进新产品反馈,协助公司不断迭代产品策略;
9、围绕公司RPP门店策略,发展公司渠道网络,维护渠道关系,保障产品销售的渠道通畅;
10、与当地和区域团队协同工作。
Profile
岗位需求
1、全日制本科及以上学历,农业类专业优先。
2、热爱销售工作,积极上进,性格外向、善于沟通、会开车、能适应较长时间的出差工作。
3、3年以上化肥销售和推广工作经验者优先。
4、 具备化肥和植物营养方面的知识。
5、熟悉广西市场及作物。
