Yara aims to be the crop nutrition company for the future and is leading the development of sustainable agriculture and digital tools to contribute to solving global agricultural challenges. We have a worldwide presence with sales teams in ~150 countries and around 17,000 employees. 

Drawing on over a century of crop nutrition experience, Yara established the Digital Farming unit – now Digital Ag Solutions (DAS) – 4 years ago to explore how technology could be used to impact farmer livelihoods and productivity. Today, DAS has built products for smallholder and professional farmers, retailers and other farming ecosystem stakeholders across Asia, Africa, the Americas and Europe.

  • Lead and develop a culture of agile and lean practices through coaching and process evolution and implementation.

  • Identify and lead opportunities to scale efficiencies and new ways of working across multiple portfolios, and environments to deliver business outcomes.

  • Manage key stakeholders and coordinate across multiple departments to remove any impediments and ensure alignment, as well as reporting to ensure transparency on current and committed delivery status.

  • Lead Agile teams by example to inspire and embed agile ways-of-working into the team’s beliefs, decisions, and actions to better promote group behavior to achieve desired outcomes in line with the Yara values.  

  • Lead, coach and mentor a team of Scrum Masters and Delivery leads including hiring, onboarding focused on short- and long-term deliverables, and delivery.

  • Accountable for standardization amongst tools, processes and relationships with leaders to understand drivers behind business performance and delivery.

  • Outcome and Metrics Tracking/Reporting: Actively engage leaders across the organization to develop goals and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs);

  • Accountable for developing systems for managing performance against goals and OKRs; ensuring that our key efforts and initiatives are aligned to our strategic priorities.


  • Delivered multiple end-to-end product/portfolio teams in a senior or similar product/business ownership position with 7-10 years experience minimum.

  • Managed at least 2-3 digital globally scalable product through multiple releases using SAFe/Large scale agile framework principles.

  • Effective communication, strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Humble, collaborative, team player, willing to step up and support colleagues.

  • Interest in sustainability, agriculture and mobile technologies impact space.

  • Demonstrable in-depth experience running communities of practices and collaboration across teams.
