Responsibilities
- Perform consolidation and analysis for monthly financial and annual business plan for Asia Pacific countries, with aim to drive business optimisation
- Monitor Asia Pacific performance at country level, with challenge to drive improvements in the countries and BU Asia
- Active business partner to support improvements projects (Operational Excellence, Procurement Excellence and Commercial Excellence) in Asia Pacific, to improve sales while reducing costs and working capital
- Review and monitor capex investments proposed by countries and provide recommendation to the management
- Consolidate countries’ currency sensitivity and exposure to support treasury activities in BU Asia
- Support countries on the DCF modelling for impairment testing
- Close collaboration with BI team on managing Dashboards to support performance management & decision making
- Identify and drive continuous improvements in performance management process
- Any ad-hoc tasks whenever required.
Profile
- Degree in Finance, Accounting and/or CPA certified
- Team player with a positive attitude
- At least 5 years of experience from auditing (with commercial experience), accounting, management consulting, business controlling or similar MNC experience
- Excellent numeric and knowledge of Excel (including Macro functions)
- Good knowledge of SAP and/(or) SUN system
