Marketing Specialist (8 Months Contract)

Responsibilities
- Manage and develop Yara Africa & Asia Linkedin account, with creative and attractive content. And to build content strategy to grow the followers in a healthy pace with targeted OKR.
- Develop marketing toolkits to support business growth, for example, Regenerative Agriculture, Biological and FFB products, Organic Products etc.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, especially for product launch and promotion plan.
- Support driving Thryve Marketing Strategy, branding and positioning, both internally and externally. Work with innovation teams and develops the marketing strategy for Thryve, positioning and is the owner of it.
- Manage and execute events and corporate brand positioning initiatives. Responsible for planning and executing events that support the company's ambition of Growing a Nature Positive Food Future and support the Africa & Asia region’s goals. Work closely with the regional/local Communications, Corporate Branding, Marketing, Innovation teams to ensure that all events and initiatives are aligned with the company's messaging, objectives, and brand identity.
- Have strong analytical and strategic skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and come up with new ideas. Need to be able to manage marketing budgets and be comfortable working with other country marketing teams.
- Meet with clients or stakeholders to discuss marketing goals and objectives.
- Research market trends, conduct competitive analysis, SWOT analysis etc. Analyse marketing data and be able to summarize market reports.
- Report on marketing performance to senior management.
- Work with other departments to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with the overall business goals.
Profile
Additional Information
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills: need to be able to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and senior management. Need to be able to write clear and concise marketing materials.
- Strong analytical and strategic skills: need to be able to analyse data to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement. Need to be able to develop and execute marketing strategies that are aligned with the overall business goals.
- Ability to think creatively and come up with new ideas: need to be able to think outside the box and come up with new and innovative marketing ideas.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team: need to be able to work independently to manage projects and meet deadlines. Also need to be able to work effectively as part of a team to collaborate on marketing campaigns.
- Experience with marketing software, such as Google Analytics, Brandwatch etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
