Senior Specialist, Talent & Performance Management (8 months contract)

Responsibilities

Performance Management (Execution and Tracking)
•    Execute quarterly People Connect cycles, ensuring timely and consistent adoption of performance processes.  
•    Drive structured communications such as schedule and send reminders on quarterly check-ins, follow-up on incomplete check-ins and development goals.
•    Monitor progress using BI dashboards to track completion rates, highlight gaps and escalate to HRBPs where needed. 
Talent Management (Program Management and Reporting)
•    Coordinate and support the end-to-end delivery of the Future Leaders Program which includes: - managing timelines, participant lists, and communications
•    Act as the key liaison with external vendors to ensure smooth and timely execution of sessions.
•    Track participant engagement, attendance, and progression 
•    Gather structured feedback from participants and stakeholders (e.g., line managers, senior leaders)
•    Consolidate feedback into clear summary reports, highlighting key themes, opportunities for improvement and suggested enhancements for future cohorts. 
Stakeholder Coordination and Process Support
•    Act as a central coordination point between HRBPs, local People teams, and external vendors
•    Ensure processes are executed consistently and on schedule
•    Escalate issues, delays, or data gaps promptly
•    Provide structured updates to stakeholders on progress and key action
Success Measures (8-month outcomes)
•    Strong on-time completion rates for People Connect cycles
•    Clear and reliable dashboard reporting with actionable visibility
•    Smooth execution of the Future Leaders Program with positive participant feedback
•    Timely escalation of risks and effective follow-through on actions
•    Positive feedback from HRBPs on responsiveness, coordination, and reliability

Profile

  • 8 months contract position, able to commit from Sep 2026 to April 2027
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in HR, talent, or performance management support role
  • Experience supporting performance cycles, HR processes, or talent programs
  • Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and reporting tools
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
  •  Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines
  • Proactive, reliable, and confident in following up on actions
  • Experience in regional / multi-country environments
  • Exposure to talent assessments (e.g., SHL assessments) and experience with external vendors / learning programs will be advantageous

Additional Information

This role supports the execution and coordination of regional performance and talent management processes, ensuring strong discipline, visibility, and follow-through during a critical cycle.

The role will partner closely with HRBPs and People teams to deliver high-quality data, consistent process execution, and smooth program management, while escalating risks and supporting insight generation.
