Tank Coordinator

Yara Australia is currently seeking an exceptional candidate who can fulfil the role of Tank Coordinator at our Moree facility. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, takes responsibility, is adaptable to change, and is focused on delivering the needs of our customers. 

Reporting to the Logistics Coordinator, the main responsibility of the role is to ensure delivery and management of our tanks to ensure it is available where and when it is needed. The Tank Coordinator will also:

•    Work with production team, customer service and Logistics Coordinator to plan and execute delivery or placement of tanks to required location within the given timeframe
•    Ensure tanks are properly maintained and repaired to ensure no product leaks and sufficient capacity to support volume requirements
•    Physical movement and transfer of tanks to desired location, and ensure it is efficiently and safely completed
•    Provide feedback of the customer requirements or information obtained from the field
•    Help minimise costs in relation to tank management and overall productivity
•    Manage the responsibilities in accordance with Product Stewardship requirements
•    Assist in production related tasks as needed.


•    Current MR Driver’s license (though an HR Drivers license is ideal)
•    Current High Risk Forklift License (preferred)
•    Current EWP License (preferred)
•    Current Working at Heights Licence (preferred)
•    Current Confined Space Licence (preferred)
•    First Aid Certificate (preferred) 
•    Previous experience in similar environment is preferred
•    Self-starter, proactive, strong work ethic
•    Excellent organisational and communication skills
•    Attention to detail, high level of commitment
•    Fluent English is essential
