Production & Warehouse Manager

About the Position
The position holder makes sure goods are produced safely, cost-effectively and on time and that they meet the required quality standards. He manages warehousing and distribution operations and oversees the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of products. Ultimately, he should be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.
Responsibilities
Production:
- Create and manage the production schedule, ensuring it is cost-effective.
- Oversee production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
- Monitor productivity and product standards, implementing quality control programs.
- Ensure customer orders are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Supervise and motivate the production team.
- Select and maintain equipment.
- Liaise with various departments, teams, and companies.
Warehouse:
- Manage the warehouse according to company policies and vision in an efficient way.
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
- Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
- Follow all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements.
- Maintain HESQ Standards
- Stock Control: Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage systems.
- Produce regular reports and statistics (e.g., IN/OUT status report, dead stock report).
Profile
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Logistics, etc.
- Minimum 3 year experience on similar position
- Planning and organization skills to be able run and monitor the production process
- Ability to act decisively and solve staff or equipment-related problems
- Capacity to grasp complex concepts easily
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Proficient Excel skills; experience with SAP is an advantage

Location: Wałcz, Poland
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
Some infrequent travel may be required.
This position is a replacement.
