Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d)

About the Unit
As Regional Sales Manager responsible for North-West Poland, you will drive sales and build strong relationships with distributors and customers in the open field sector of fertilizer industry. Moreover, you will ensure timely deliveries, maintain product knowledge and support clients with expert advice to maximize their yields.
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial relationships with distributors and key customers
- Expand market presence by identifying new business opportunities
- Update offers and implement sales plans
- Collect orders and coordinate with EBS logistics and production for timely delivery
- Ensure timely payments and secure receivables in cooperation with financial and legal teams
- Oversee storage quality and inventory at distributors
- Participate in fairs and promotional campaigns, including exhibitions and seminars
- Promote available services and collaborate with marketing on service implementation
- Provide technical advice to customers and work with scientific institutes to boost sales and brand image
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support future company strategies
Profile
- Master's Degree in agronomy, agricultural science, chemistry, biology or equivalent
- Proven successful experience as sales representative
- Thorough understanding of the Polish agricultural market, including products, fertilization practices, crop management, and market trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook for creating documents, managing data and preparing presentations
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools like Salesforce or similar to manage customer interactions and sales data is a plus
- Proficiency in using mobile apps related to sales and agriculture
- Well-organized and detail oriented
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
- Available to travel on a regular basis (driving licence required)
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written), Polish on native level
- Applicants must be located in the North-Western region of Poland
