Regional Sales Manager

  • Maintaining commercial relations with the distribution network resulting from the regional division. Updating the commercial offer after the changes introduced by the Commercial Director. Implementation of the sales plan and planning deliveries in the area of operation.
  • Control of the inflow of receivables for sold fertilizers in cooperation with the financial and accounting department, securing receivables for sold fertilizers in cooperation with the legal and financial and accounting departments.
  • Collecting orders for fertilizers from distributors, ongoing cooperation with logistics and production departments in order fulfillment.
  • Control of the manner and quality of fertilizer storage at distributors, supervision of the inventory.
  • Participation in national and regional fairs.
  • Conducting promotional campaigns for the sale of fertilizers (e.g. organizing exhibitions and seminars for gardeners)
  • Promotion of services related to gardening services, implementation of available services in cooperation with the marketing department.
  • Providing technical advice for gardeners on the type, doses and dates of use of fertilizers, cooperation with scientific institutes in order to increase the sales of fertilizers and build the company's image.
  • Monitoring new needs and phenomena emerging on the market that may be important for the future activities of the company and observing the activities of competitors.


  • Studies – horticultural or agricultural university studies.
  • Experience – at least 4-5 years in agricultural/horticultural companies at the commercial positions (Sales Rep.).
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in Polish and English both verbal and written is a must.
