Responsibilities
- Ensures achievement of Territory sales targets in his Region or Regions
- Manages sales planning, bookings and forecasting for his assigned sales territory
- Distribution and Customer Management
- Organizes development and implementation of an effective distribution set up for his Sales Territory
- Assist in the development and performance evaluation of customers for segmentation as to (Partners, Potentials, Transactionals/Dependents)
- Directly manage Potential Distributor segments in terms of sales bookings and receivables
- Directly manage Preferred Retailers segments in terms of alignment programs and sell out from Distributors
- Oversee efficient implementation and monitoring of lined up field activities for SA and JSA's
- Training and coaching of FES under distributors in terms of Agronomy and Sales competence
- Direct involvement, monitoring, implementation of New Business Model initiatives

Yara Fertilizers Philippines Inc. has been supporting the Filipino farmers since 1986. Headquartered in Taguig City, Yara’s presence is felt across the Philippines where it operates in the country’s three major territories – Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. With two main warehouses located in Bulacan and Davao, respectively, Yara has served its growing customers’ needs making its products accessible to end-users.

The parent company, Yara International ASA is a Norwegian chemical company. Its largest business area is the production of nitrogen fertilizer; however, it also encompasses the production of nitrates, ammonia, urea and other nitrogen-based chemicals.
The company was established in 1905 as Norsk Hydro – the world's first producer of mineral nitrogen fertilizers – and de-merged as Yara International ASA on March 25, 2004. Profile
- A degree holder in Agriculture or with extensive knowledge in Agriculture
- Experience in account management required
- Basic technical knowledge on crops in terms of pesticide and fertilizer management
- With above average communication skills
- With working knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Must be a skilled driver and holder of a valid driver's license
- A resident of Mindanao and able to speak their dialects
Additional Information
A member of the core organization, the Sales Agronomist assures implementation of designed Sales, Marketing and Agronomy Programs to meet target sales and be involved on New Business Model initiatives in his territory within Mindanao.
