To meet the demands of our growing market, we seek a talented and dynamic leader for our core organization to cover the Panay Islands.

Responsibilities

Sales
1.  Ensures achievement of Territory sales targets
     a. Manages sales planning, bookings and forecasting for
          his assigned sales territory
     b.  Ensures effective & efficient implementation of periodic sales
          support and incentive programs designed to achieve sales targets
2.  Distribution and Customer Management
     a.  Organizes development and implementation of an effective
          distribution set up for his Sales Territory
     b.  Assist in the development and performance evaluation of customers
           for segmentation as to (Partners, Potentials, Transactionals/Dependents)
     c.  Directly manage Potential Distributor segments in terms of sales bookings
          and receivables
     d.  Directly manage Preffered Retailers segments in terms of alignment
          programs and sell out from Distributors

Marketing & Agronomy
1.  Directly responsible in the implementation of Territory Business Plans
     a.  Establishment of a strong and updated Basic Market Information
          within the Sales territory (Crop potentials, Farmer segments,
          Crop cultural management practices)
     b.  Implementation of designed demand creation/marketing activites in
          the sales territory focused on:
           i.  CPP Programs to Distributors and Preffered Retailers
           ii. Partnership programs/activities with other stakeholders
2.  Oversee efficient implementation and monitoring of lined up field activites
      for FES

Environment, Health and Safety
1. Work with care and consideration for your own health and safety and the health and safety of others.
2. Adhere to all safe working practices and safety procedures adopted by the Company.
3. Work with, and actively support the HESQ to improve health and safety in the workplace.
4. Use personal protective equipment issued to you and maintain it in good working order.
5. Maintain all the time a clean and safe working environment.
6. Actively participate in HESQ Programs & Committees.
7. Participate in investigation of HESQ incidents, as appropriate.
8. Participate actively in work hazard analysis of your workplace.
9. Apply preferred order of controls to hazards in the workplace.
10. Raise HESQ issues via appropriate people and procedures.

Profile

EDUCATION            :     College graduate – BS Agriculture

EXPERIENCE           :     Minimum of (5) years in working experience Sales and Marketing preferable gained on the agriculture or similar industry

PERSONALITY/SKILL :   Must be MS Office proficient, driving of 4 wheeled vehicle for at least 3 years. Preferably - fluent in the region’s dialect; good oral and written communication skills; sound business acumen.
