Responsibilities

• Implement Safe By Choice in the warehouse.
• Organize and maintain the integrity of inventory management.
• Ensure high level of accuracy for all inventory transactions (inbound and outbound stocks).
• On-time submission of daily and monthly stock movement report to Finance.
• Identify and report inventory issues for immediate resolution.
• Ensure the containerized manual bagging target output per day is achieved to achieve zero detention charges.
• Coach and supervise the warehouse staffs in implementing policies and procedures.
• Ensures warehouse space utilization is optimized while maintaining a safety level of high quality standards of inventories at any given time.
• Continuously seek improvement in the Supply Chain Operations thru Cost related improvement initiatives.
• Ensure warehouse security controls and measures are strictly enforced and complied.
• Accountable on all WH movements and management of all Company assets both inventorized and non-inventorized irregardless of its condition.

Profile

• • College Graduate- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Commerce or Management
  • Proven work experience as a Warehouse and Operations supervisor
  • Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
  • Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • SAP or Sun6/Infor System knowledgeable
  • Valid professional driving license
  • Knowledgeable of pollution control regulations and management.
  • Accredited PCO an advantage.

• Willing to be based in Bulacan warehouse site and other mobile assignments based on Company needs.
