Environmental Engineering Manager (PM)

About the Unit

As the world’s leading fertilizer company and a provider of environmental solutions, we address global challenges and create positive change. The following position is foreseen at our Yara Environmental Technologies, Branch Office in Taipei.

Responsibilities

• Direct contact with customers
• Set up project plans and resource plans (planning, schedule, execution, assembly, commissioning)
• Lead and coordinate project teams at home and abroad (Europe/China/India/Taiwan)
• Set up project manuals
• Organize and implement ground meetings/Prepare regular project management reports
• Control project execution rate Includes quality control, lead control, cost control
• Supplier audit
• Participation in procurement negotiations
• Purchase order management (according to procurement guidelines)
• Project risk, design changes and additional cost reduction
• Budget control
• Communication and information/data management (project archiving 3. Internal project meetings/customers/partners)
• Responsible for providing customer document data
• Responsible for monitoring equipment assembly and commissioning (including preparation)
• Implementing the quality management system in the project and follow Yara internal HESQ rules
• Site-related reports and providing solutions
• Project final discussions and reports / completion documents

Profile

• University graduation
• Experience in large-scale project management related to Taipower, Formosa Plastics, Changchun Petrochemical or foreign power plants is preferred
• Experience in equipment design and preparation of relevant specifications (suitable for electric power or environmental equipment)
• At least five years of work experience (not limited)
• Medium or above English communication skills
• Self-discipline and independent operation and have entrepreneurial thinking
• Have the willingness to cooperate with the group
