Engineer Central Maintenance

You will lead like a role model and ensure that all activities and processes are carried out in line with Yara's values and management system. Take lead in changes and motivate people they are involved.Some other responsibilities are:

• Be multidisciplinary;
• Participate in the call-out organization;
• Replacing the Head Central Maintenance in her/his absence;
• Implement new and other perspectives, approaches and ideas.

You do all this according to the applicable procedures within Yara Sluiskil and the Yara values (Curiosity, Ambition, Cooperation & Responsibility).

You have experience in maintenance management, workprocesses and people management is an advantage. Capacity to handle complex problem solution, good analytical skills, well developed soft skills and “hands on” attitude. Excellent safety and reliability mindset. Good interpersonal skills, with an open mind and high motivation. In addition, you have:

• The ability to lead a team or the ambition to be a people leader;
• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Dutch.
