Responsibilities

Liderar un equipo responsable del almacenamiento de materias primas, sacos, repuestos, productos terminados, etc... y la entrega a los proveedores de transporte para distribuir los productos y cumplir con los compromisos de venta.

- Optimizar recursos – humanos, técnicos, logísticos para obtener el costo por tonelada óptimo para asegurar el mejor uso del capital.

Asegurar la implementación de YPS con todos los elementos involucrados en él.

- Realizar una evaluación de riesgos y promover, supervisar los programas de seguridad y protección para mitigar las exposiciones de riesgo identificadas.

Profile

Ingeniería Industrial, manufactura, logistica. Experiencia y conocimiento relevante en Lean Manufacturing y experiencia comprobable en liderazgo de equipos de alto desempeño.

Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en puestos similares, demostrando capacidad relevante de una administración efectiva de los recursos a su cargo así como un liderazgo proactivo.
