Responsibilities

Process day-to-day payments and master data team tasks
Payment processing – payment proposals/runs, manual payments, local completion (SAP, online banking Treasury line)
Liaise with suppliers and manage their reconciliations
Manage banking account changes across all suppliers. Setting up new suppliers and maintaining up to date records. (Daily work with SAP, MDG tool, SNOW)
Conducting month end closing and year-end closing procedures
Implement and ensure that global accounting policies and procedures, agreed internal processes are implemented and followed
Collaborate with other departments
Ensure assigned tasks are performed efficiently and with professional manner
Execute all other position related tasks delegated by Team Lead or Line Manager

Profile

Relevant higher education in finance field is an advantage
Relevant and/or similar work experience within accounting field (minimum 2 years)
Experience working with Procure-to-Pay process and AP accounting
Proficient Excel skills and experience with SAP; experience with HFM is considered an advantage
Good English language skills, both verbal and written communication. Additional languages are an asset
Analytical mindset with solution-oriented problem solving skills
Co-operation skills in a cross-cultural organization
Willingness to learn and be a trusted team player
Based in Lithuania or willing to relocate
Eligible to work in Lithuania

Offered Salary

We offer salary from 1850 Eur to 2692 Eur/month gross (before taxes; the final offer depends on candidate competencies)
