Responsibilities

Oversee and process day-to-day accounts payable accounting
Manage matching and coding invoices, payment processing, monitoring and clearing aged credit reports
Liaise with suppliers and manage their reconciliations
Conduct month-end closing and year-end closing procedures
Train and educate new and existing finance colleagues (incl. other functions)
Ensure timely and accurate documentation of service-related business knowledge
Implement and ensure compliance with global accounting policies, agreed internal processes, and Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Execute all other position-related tasks delegated by Team Lead or Line Manager
Act as a subject-matter expert and/or key user for the ERP system
Lead complex accounting issue resolutions and provide advice to the business
Manage internal and external audit procedures

Profile

Relevant work experience 2+ years
Previous experience working with SAP is a plus
Strong knowledge of the AP accounting
Strong communication and collaboration skills, sharing best practices with team members
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders as well as sharing expertise and best practices with the team members
Proactive approach in taking ownership of tasks, adaptability to changes and a continuous improvement mindset
Proficiency in both verbal and written English communication
Relevant higher education in the finance field is a plus
Residence in Lithuania or a willingness to relocate

Offered Salary

We offer salary from 2605 Eur to 3907 Eur/month gross (before taxes; the final offer depends on candidate competencies).
