Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day Accounts Receivable activities, reconciliation, and reporting tasks following global procedures
- Post and allocate incoming payments correctly and in a timely manner
- Investigate unallocated payments
- Create internal billing invoices accurately within the agreed deadline and reconcile intercompany transactions during month-end closing
- Review deliverables prepared by other finance colleagues
- Train and educate new and existing finance colleagues (incl. those from other functions
Profile
- Relevant work experience within Accounts Receivable field (minimum 1 year)
- Willingness to learn and a commitment to striving for improvements
- Analytical mindset with solution-oriented problem-solving skills
- Strong cooperation skills in a cross-cultural organization
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication (additional languages are considered an asset)
- Ongoing or completed studies in finance, mathematics, statistics, or a related discipline would be considered an advantage
- Eligible to work in Lithuania (the role is based in Lithuania)
