Communications Lead at YARA_EBS

Responsibilities

The Communications Lead serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership, translating business priorities and transformation agendas into clear, compelling, and measurable communication outcomes. The role shapes organizational narratives, strengthens leadership communication, supports change adoption, builds stakeholder trust, and protects corporate reputation. It drives communication strategies that influence employee engagement, culture, leadership effectiveness, employer brand, and business performance.         

 

  • Own the communications strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, business transformation initiatives, reputation objectives, and long-term brand positioning
  • Act as the primary communications advisor to senior leadership, influencing strategic decisions, organizational messaging, change initiatives, and stakeholder engagement approaches
  • Own and continuously improve the communications operating model, including channels, governance, editorial planning, communication standards, and measurement frameworks
  • Lead and oversee all communication activities, including planning and execution for key business initiatives, organizational transformations, strategic projects, and change programs, ensuring clear, consistent, and impactful messaging across all channels and stakeholder groups
  • Write and develop high-quality content end-to-end, including leadership messages, intranet and social media content, newsletters, speeches, talking points, FAQs, and campaign material.
  • Develop and execute internal communication strategies and initiatives that keep employees informed, engaged, and aligned with organizational priorities, culture, and values
  • Strengthen leadership communication effectiveness through coaching and guidance, enabling leaders to communicate with clarity, authenticity, and impact
  • Lead employer branding initiatives in partnership with HR, strengthening employee advocacy and supporting talent attraction and retention
  • Manage media relations, including building relationships with journalists, industry stakeholders, and communication partners, while handling media inquiries, interviews, press activities, and media
  • Manage social media accounts and online presence to strengthen brand visibility and stakeholder engagement
  • Own organizational reputation management, including crisis communication preparedness, executive communications, issues management, and stakeholder trust strategies
  • Define, monitor, and analyze communication performance metrics and insights, and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders to continuously improve communication effectiveness and business impact
  • Support the wider regional unit in collaboration with other stakeholders and business support functions when needed

Profile

          

  • Communications studies degree
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in media, communications, and/or public relations, preferably in a multicultural and international environment
  • Communication strategy: understanding of developing and implementing communication strategies aligned with organizational objectives
  • Media relations: knowledge of media landscape and experience in managing relationships with journalists and media outlets
  • Digital communication: skilled with digital communication tools, social media platforms, and content management systems
  • Crisis communication: ability to develop and execute crisis communication plans effectively
  • Stakeholder engagement: experience in engaging with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, partners, and community members
  • Proven ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels, with a strong bias for action and delivery
  • Brand management: understanding of brand identity, reputation management, and maintaining consistent messaging across all communication channels
  • High level of ownership and accountability for end-to-end delivery and execution
  • Strong business acumen and ability to navigate complexity
  • Competencies: creativity, service-mindedness, and flexibility
  • Eligible to work in Lithuania (the position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania)

Offered Salary

 

We offer salary from 3923 Eur to 5884 Eur/month gross. Final offer depends on candidate's competences.
