Customer Service Specialist (English speaking)

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers through daily interactions, including inbound and outbound call management
- Ensure accurate and timely order entry in SAP, securing smooth downstream processing and coordination with Transport Management
- Follow up on customer requests and operational tasks, ensuring high satisfaction levels
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and enhance customer experience
- Manage billing documents, return and diversion cases with efficiency and precision
- Be a role model of Yara’s culture, where health, environment, safety, and quality are top priorities
Profile
- Good English language skills (Level B2 or higher)
- Excellent communication skills and a trusted team player
- Proactive and self-driven with a solution-oriented mindset
- Preferably experienced in Customer Service or Supply Chain
- Familiarity with SAP and/or Salesforce is considered a strong advantage
- Eligible to work in Lithuania (the position is based in Lithuania)

Offered Salary
We offer salary from 1920 Eur to 2507 Eur/month gross (before taxes, language premium is not applicable for this role). Final offer depends on candidate's competences.
