Customer Service Specialist (French speaking) at YARA_EBS

Responsibilities

 

  • Build and maintain relations with internal and external customers 
  • Together with the team develop and implement solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  • Focus on the customer: communicate solutions and follow up on daily tasks
  • Deliver all orders to colleagues in Transport Management
  • Manage billing documents, return and diversion cases
  • Be a role model of Yara’s culture where health, environment, safety and quality are a top priority

Profile

 

  • Good English language skills (Level B2 or higher) 
  • Good French language skills (Level B2 or higher) 
  • Excellent communication skills and a trusted team player
  • Proactive and self-driven with a solution oriented mindset
  • Preferably experienced in Customer Service or Supply Chain
  • Based in Lithuania or willing to relocate
  • Eligible to work in Lithuania

Offered Salary

 

We offer salary from 1850 Eur to 2679 Eur/month gross (before taxes).  Final offer depends on candidate's competences.
