Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relations with internal and external customers
- Together with the team develop and implement solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Focus on the customer: communicate solutions and follow up on daily tasks
- Coordinate between stakeholders i.e. commercial, operational planning, site operations, third-party terminals and similar upon necessity
- Deliver all orders to colleagues in Transport Management
- Manage billing documents, return and diversion cases
- Work closely together with colleagues within the team, unit and Yara to continuously improve supply chain related processes
- Take independent responsibility for daily tasks and proactively take on additional roles and responsibilities
- Be a role model of Yara’s culture where health, environment, safety and quality are a top priority
Profile
- Fluent/native in English
- Good German language skills (Level B1 or higher)
- Excellent communication skills and trusted team player
- Proactive and self-driven with a solution oriented mindset
- Preferably experienced in Customer Service and/or Supply Chain
- Eligible to work in Lithuania

Offered Salary
We offer salary from 1850 Eur to 2568 Eur/month gross (before taxes, language premium included; final offer depends on candidate's competences).
