Customer Service Specialist (Italian speaking)

Responsibilities

  • Build good relations with customers and ensure all activities are in alignment with BU/ market needs
  • Deliver wide spectrum of customer service activities (e.g., order management, billing, return handling), in SAP and/or other ERP system
  • Deliver all orders as executable to Transport function in SAP and/or other ERP system
  • Ensure the Customer Service function meets business needs and required working hours are achieved by working collectively as a team (including back up for colleagues and knowledge sharing)
  • Diligently follow up on customers complaints according to Quality Complaints procedure
  • Independently solve basic operational issues and ensure clear solution communication towards customers and/or stakeholders
  • Understand and follow the agreements/market requirements
  • Work closely together with colleagues within the team, unit and Yara to deliver excellent service to customers
  • Build and retain good relationship with stakeholders
  • Be a role model of Yara’s culture where health, environment, safety and quality are a top priority

Profile

  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent/native Italian language skills (Level B2 or higher) 
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills and a trusted team player
  • Proactive and self-driven with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Preferably experienced in Customer Service or Supply Chain
  • Based in Lithuania or willing to relocate (please, note that we are unable to offer a relocation package)
  • Eligible to work in Lithuania

Offered Salary

We offer salary from 1920 Eur to 2507 Eur/month gross (before taxes, language premium will be applied based on Italian knowledge).
