Responsibilities
- Build good relations with internal and external customers, ensuring all activities are in alignment with our SLAs
- Global maritime logistics, handling containers and vessels according to SLAs
- Coordinate between stakeholders, i.e. commercial, global and operational planning, site operations, third-party terminals, customs agents/offices, shipping lines and agents
- Deliver on a broad spectrum of customer service activities (e.g. customer support, billing, return handling, diversion handling) and transport activities (e.g. delivery planning, on-time delivery execution, optimum carrier selection, shipment cost calculation), in SAP and other defined tools and applications
- Deliver excellent services to meet the requirement of legislation, documentation, the customer, business partners and internal stakeholders
- Diligently follow up on complaints using the appropriate tools
- Work closely together with colleagues within the team, unit and Yara to continuously improve supply chain related processes and ensure high quality delivery
- Take independent responsibility for daily tasks and proactively take on additional roles and responsibilities
- Work in accordance with Ethics & Compliance, H&S policy and relevant legislation, Yara safety and security principles and golden rules
Profile
- Good English language skills (Level B2 or higher)
- Relevant experience with customer service, transportation, logistics, planning and/or supply chain operations
- Understanding of maritime transport legislation and customs regulations preferred
- Proven team player with good communication skills
- Structured, punctual and attention to detail
- Proactive and self-driven

- Eligible to work in Lithuania (the position is based in Lithuania)

Offered Salary
We offer salary from 1924 Eur to 2885 Eur/month gross (before taxes, language premium is not applicable for this role). Final offer depends on candidate's competences.
