Finance Training Coordinator

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination of trainings in Yara European Finance Operations and will lead professional development through continuous learning and Finance Academy frame-work setup
- Oversee and continuously develop conceptual framework of Finance Academy model
- Lead Finance Academy professional and soft-skills training development
- Administer learning processes in Yara European Finance Operations organization
- Identify training needs and build annual training program by evaluating business requirements
- Monitor learning targets, coordinate timely training delivery
- Coordinate with internal and external training providers to organize necessary training courses
- Assess and report training levels in the teams to leadership team
Profile
- Degree or equivalent professional qualification
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in designing/coordination of multiple training programs in a matrix organization
- Experience in training delivery for finance professionals would be considered an advantage
- Proven ability to master the full learning cycle
- Ability to convert and present complex information to engaging learning experience
- Adequate knowledge of learning management software
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
- Self-driven, proactive person with good project management skills
- Fluent English (written & verbal)

Additional information:
- The role can be based in any of Yara Europe locations
- Extensive travel may be required
