HR Advisor (temporary contract) at YARA_EBS

Within Yara Europe, HR Regional Operations ensures smooth processes, high-quality data, and efficient services across all HR functions. People Services team, part of this unit, is now looking for a new temporary HR Advisor  (maternity leave cover up to 2 years) to join the team. 

We are looking for an independent HR professional who will be the first point of contact regarding HR content and data insights, while bringing HR content (e.g., HR policies, processes, procedures, practices, or guidelines) to life and in relevant systems

Responsibilities

 

  • Maintain HR Systems & Data: Ensure HR systems (e.g., ServiceNow HR Portal, SAP SuccessFactor) are up to date, running smoothly, and maintain a high level of data quality.
  • Content Management & Communication: Translate, update, and publish HR content (e.g., policies, guidelines) and internal communications for employees and managers.
  • Stakeholder & Team Collaboration: Coordinate with HR teams, Digital Technology (DT), Global Operations, and Centers of Expertise to deliver services efficiently.
  • Employee Support & Data Management: Respond to employee and manager inquiries, manage individual and bulk employee data updates, and ensure GDPR-compliant data handling.
  • Reporting, Analytics & Inclusion: Prepare, publish, and visualize HR reports using tools like Power BI; support ad-hoc and regular reporting, and drive data analytics to support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
  • Support Global Mobility: Assist the Global Mobility team by managing international assignment data and supporting expatriates with practical and policy-related matters.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and harmonize HR processes, improve service delivery, and contribute to operational excellence and support on the Digitalization & Governance projects.
  • The People Services Team members in Lithuania also actively manage coordination with the external Payroll provider.

Profile

 

  • Degree-level education with minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, depending on seniority.
  • Proven experience working with HR IT systems, data management, and HR reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify and visualize complex data.
  • Hands-on experience with HR analytics tools; solid skills in HR reporting and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in optimizing and harmonizing HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Knowledge of Payroll process in Lithuania is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (HR Service Delivery module is a plus); experience with ServiceNow or SharePoint is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with GDPR, HR compliance, and employment legislation.
  • Fluent in English and Lithuanian; additional proficiency in German, Finnish, French, Swedish, Italian, or Spanish is a plus.

Offered Salary

 

We offer salary from 2605 Eur to 3908 Eur/month gross (before taxes). Final offer depends on candidate's competences.
