Purpose

 

Are you ready to make a significant impact on talent and performance management processes? We're seeking a dynamic HR Advisor to spearhead initiatives across our region, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and driving excellence in every aspect. Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide unparalleled support to line managers and employees in performance and development management.
  • Lead the administration of Employee Engagement surveys/tools, delivering actionable insights to drive positive change.
  • Collaborate with content owners and line managers to identify and address local learning needs, implementing impactful learning solutions.
  • Drive digitalization and optimization of our learning offerings, evaluating effectiveness and sharing best practices across the region.
  • Develop and coordinate targeted mentoring and coaching programs, continuously assessing their effectiveness and enhancing content.
  • Play a vital role in managing performance and employee engagement processes.             
  • At our organization, we prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion, and you'll actively promote these values throughout all our activities.              
  • Collaborate on the design, development, and deployment of training materials for employee processes and promote these.             
  • Provide efficient support to employees and managers, supporting them with inquiries and empowering the use of systems and tools to optimize people processes and meet customer needs effectively.            
  •  Support the digitalization and centralization of learning data tracking efforts.            
  • Assist in the design and implementation of competency mapping tools tailored to specific needs.            

 

Profile

 

  • Relevant degree-level education (L&D, HR etc.) and/or equivalent (5 years) work experience in HR             
  • Demonstrated proficiency in performance and development processes, employee surveys, performance reviews, competency management.            
  • Proven experience in working with HR Information Systems as a supersuser.            
  • Familiarity with GDPR regulations and HR compliance standards.            
  • Strong networking, teaming and communication skills​ developed at least partially in virtual environment.
  • Strong analytical aptitude and experience in people data analytics.            
  • Training facilitation expertise and/or experience, partially gained in virtual environment.            
  • Customer-focused problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.            
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication​ (additional language is a plus)

  • For this role, we offer a salary from 31260 - 46890 € yearly gross (before taxes). The final offer depends on candidate's competences and experience.
