RTR Manager at Yara_EBS

  • Lead a department of around 30 specialists working with the Record to Report processes
  • Responsible for team development and engagement     
  • Represent and support department strategic and operational goals
  • Oversee and lead projects and initiatives    
  • Be accountable for execution of accounting activities according agreed process scope and templates    
  • Responsible for the implementation of agreed standardized processes and templates    
  • Oversee accounting activity risks and controls    
  • Drive department performance towards the KPIs and steer financial performance management of the process    
  • Ensure high quality deliverables within the department    
  • Act as RTR Business Process Manager for the delegated processes    
  • Responsible for the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and/or key user for ERP system growth    
  • Ensure high quality service-related business knowledge documentation    
  • Responsible for smooth collaboration and communication with Financial Reporting & Control organization and other stakeholders (EBS, Business, Decision Support)    
  • Oversee and facilitate process improvement and efficiency agenda within the department



  • BSc (or equivalent) in finance, mathematics, statistics (or related discipline) is an advantage    
  • Relevant and/or similar work experience within accounting field (minimum 6 years)    
  • Solid end-to-end process understanding (full accounting cycle)    
  • Broad understanding of transactional finance processes, process development and improvement    
  • Good knowledge of accounting practices and IFRS    
  • Continuous improvement mindset    
  • Experience of leading people     
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication. Additional languages are an asset


        Other requirements (must meet at least one of listed requirements):


  • High-proficient Excel knowledge    
  • Experience with SAP, HFM    
  • Experience with Power BI    
  • Service Now application knowledge

Offered Salary


We offer salary from 4405 Eur to 6608 Eur/month gross (before taxes). Final offer depends on candidate's competences.
