Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all activities are aligned with market and business unit requirements
- Maintain efficient communication to support operational excellence and reinforce company culture
- Lead by example and act as a role model for leadership behaviours
- Manage workload balance and oversee day-to-day team operations (including backlog tracking, incident reporting, stakeholder management, and supervision of the month-end closing process)
- Work closely with the Team Manager to ensure workflow coverage during team member absences; act as a backup when needed
- Foster a team culture that promotes Yara values and high performance
- Ensure team KPIs are met and aligned with key business objectives
- Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and follow up on development plans
- Ensure compliance with processes and procedures related to quality and complaint management
- Drive continuous process improvements by collaborating closely with colleagues within the team, unit, and across Yara
- Proactively manage team engagement through regular reviews, updates, and action plans to address pain points
- Perform ad hoc operational, project, and leadership tasks as required due to market volatility and business needs
- Guide, mentor, and train (including cross-train) colleagues to ensure they are enabled and motivated to fulfil their responsibilities
Profile
-
Degree in a related field (e.g. business management, transportation, logistics, planning)

4+ years of experience in customer service, transportation, logistics, planning, and/or supply chain operations (people management experience is preferred)

Exceptional understanding of customer and/or market

Fluency in English, Italian or Spanish could be an advantage

Advanced SAP user preferred

Strong ability to analyse and prepare data

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train, guide, and coach others

Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset

Proactive and self-driven personality

Offered Salary
We offer salary from 3046 Eur to 4569 Eur/month gross (before taxes). Final offer will depend on candidate's competences.
