Team Lead, Credit Control at YARA_EBS

Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for team’s day-to-day performance, development, and engagement
  • Oversee and lead projects and initiatives
  • Responsible for the implementation of agreed standardized processes and templates
  • Ensure high quality deliverables within the team
  • Oversee and facilitate process improvement and efficiency agenda within the team. Leads and facilitates complex issues resolutions, provides advice to the business
  • Stakeholder relationship management to achieve optimal business value
  • Oversees and assures team members trainings quality and positive overall experience
  • Ensures team's timely and accurately documented service-related business knowledge
  • Leads and ensures Implementation of global accounting policies and procedures, agreed internal processes are implemented and followed
  • Ensures team's performance according to Service Level Agreement (SLA) as well as the agreed KIPs
  • Ensure team's assigned tasks are performed efficiently and with professional manner
  • Executes all other position related tasks delegated by Line Manager
  • Active cooperation with Global Credit Management team

Profile

 

  • Relevant and/or similar work experience within Credit Management and collections (mini-mum 3 years)
  • Solid OTC end-to-end process understanding. Knowledge and practice in IFRS are an advantage
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written communication. Additional languages are an asset
  • High-Proficient Excel skills and experience with SAP is a plus
  • People management skills
  • Drive for creating high performance culture
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Lead and promote continuous improvement culture
  • Analytical mindset with solution and development-oriented problem-solving skills
  • Co-operation skills in a cross-cultural organization

Offered Salary

 

We offer salary from 2859 Eur to 4289 Eur/month gross (before taxes). Final offer depends on candidate's competences.
