Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for implementing the end-to-end sales order and delivery processes and ensuring delivery in accordance with SLAs in region/product 
  • Drive continuous process and technology improvements 
  • Proactive stakeholder management 
  • Build up a diverse team and ensure that the team has the right competencies 
  • Lead team members through training, coaching and enabling team
  • Foster a working environment that promotes openness, collaboration and high perfor-mance 
  • Lead and coach direct reports 
  • Contribute to and implement ISO certification, continues process and technological improvements 
  • Ensure employees are adequately trained and motivated to fulfil department responsi-bilities
  • Prepare, manage and monitor costs for activities and project for their respective unit
  • Take ownership for reaching team KPIs 
  • Plan team related project resources and achieve set targets 
  • Structure teamwork processes in a way where focus is set on operational excellence and customer centricity 
  • Work in accordance with H&S policy relevant legislation, Yara safety principles and golden rules
  • Maintain procedures and risk assessments within own area 
  • Ensure the necessary HESQ management systems for the function is in place and maintained 
  • Create a corporate culture in which health, safety and the environment are put for-ward by all employee
  • Demonstrate strong commitment for leadership behaviors and positive attitude leading by an example

 

Profile

 

  • University degree within Economics or Business Administration with major in supply chain operations or equivalent 
  • Minimum 3 years of successful leadership and proven performance
  • Experience with customer service, transportation, logistics, planning and/or supply chain operations
  • Deep understanding of process flow, know-how of operational activities and success-ful people management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills 
  • Result driven, proactive, team player
  • Fluent in English
  • Any of Scandinavian languages (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish) would be an advantage

Offered Salary

 

We offer salary from 2859 Eur to 4289 Eur/month gross (before taxes; language premium non-eligible position; final offer depends on candidate's competences)
