Team Manager (Operational Planning) at YARA_EBS

Responsibilities

 

  • Lead and develop the team, ensuring effective structures, capabilities, and strong end-to-end execution of operational and supply chain planning
  • Define the Operational Planning strategy, vision, and roadmap aligned with company objectives and European market delivery targets
  • Own and deliver end-to-end projects and continuous improvement initiatives, acting as a key cross-functional point of contact
  • Ensure effective adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement of supply chain planning tools, supporting new implementations while aligning solutions with team needs (SAP IBP)
  • Enable seamless, customer-centric collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups, aligning priorities and business objectives
  • Govern planning processes within the functional area, driving standardization, rationalization, and continuous improvement
  • Establish and manage KPIs and process metrics covering efficiency, quality, and delivery performance, enabling data-driven decision-making
  • Plan resources and ensure delivery of performance targets within scope, timeline, budget, and service-level commitments
  • Manage operational and project costs, ensuring financial transparency, accountability, and cost control
  • Drive cost optimization and savings initiatives through process improvements and stakeholder collaboration
  • Ensure process documentation, standards, and procedures are maintained
  • Build a high-performing, diverse team through coaching, training, and continuous development
  • Foster a culture of openness, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Prioritize initiatives based on end-to-end value, aligning execution with overall company strategy

Profile

 

  • University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of successful leadership experience with proven operational and delivery performance
  • Experience across operational planning, customer service, transportation, logistics, and/or supply chain operations
  • Strong end-to-end process understanding, operational know-how, and demonstrated people leadership
  • Proven track record of successful people management skills
  • Proven track record in successful/impactful stakeholder management
  • Operational planning experience is preferred and considered an advantage
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented leader with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture, balance competing organizational priorities, and understand end-to-end processes beyond own area of responsibility
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills; collaborative and proactive team player
  • Fluent in English
  • Eligible to work and currently located in Lithuania (position based in Lithuania)

Offered Salary

 

 We offer salary from 3704Eur to 5557Eur/month gross (before taxes; language premium is not applicable for this role). Final offer depends on candidate's competences.
