Terminal Operations Assistant (Continental)

  • Handle Goods Issue for loaded orders & goods receipt for purchase orders
  • Registration and maintaining terminal handling costs
  • Ensure bagging and dilution is registered on time in SAP system figures
  • Support local Terminal Operations teams with maintenance of terminal admin related masterdata in SAP 
  • Support local Terminal Operations teams with preparing and administrating stock inventory counts
  • Shrinkage - compile data from SAP to monitor and manage with an aim to reduce shrinkage
  • Maintain and support Slot booking systems in close collaboration with Transport Coordinators
  • On-time verification of terminal related invoice to ensure good operation at a correct cost
  • Work in accordance with relevant legislation, Company Health & Safety Policy, Yara Safety Principles, Golden Rules and in line with Company Values



  • Relevant higher education is an advantage
  • Experience with customer service, transportation, logistics, planning and/or supply chain operation is preferred 
  • Working experience and/or interest with ERP systems is an advantage 
  • Proven team player, excellent communication skills
  • Structured, punctual and attention to detail, proactive and self-driven
  • Embracing Yara values and a safe and inclusive work culture 
  • Fluent in English; French would be an advantage
  • Based in Vilnius or willing to relocate

Offered salary


Starting from 1300 Eur/month gross (before taxes)
