Responsibilities

Deliver on a broad spectrum of transport activities (e.g., delivery planning, on-time delivery execution, optimum carrier/broker selection, shipment cost calculation, handling carrier invoices), in SAP and other defined tools and applications
Build good relations with carriers, terminals and other stakeholders; ensure all activities are in alignment with BU/ market needs
Proactively suggest corrective & preventive actions leading towards decrease in incidents and customers complaints
Independently solve complex operational issues and clearly communicate solution towards vendors and other stakeholders
Responsible for supporting the team in transport management area and providing basic operational trainings for the new joiners within the team
Diligently follow up on complaints using the appropriate tools
Engage in transport management related projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Profile

One or more years of successful Transport Coordination experience in YEU
Relevant higher education is an advantage
Fluent in English
German, French or Dutch language skills would be an advantage
Understanding of business processes and transportation requirements
SAP knowledge would be an advantage
Proactive and self-driven with a solution oriented mindset
Based in Lithuania or willing to relocate

Offered Salary

We offer salary from EUR 1488 to 2233 per month gross (before taxes; final offer depends on candidate's competences).
