Responsibilities

Build and maintain relations with internal and external stakeholders like carriers, terminals and other stakeholders; ensure all activities are in alignment with BU/ market needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that increase customer satisfaction
Manage the logistical aspects of operations and handle orders, billing documents, returns, quality complaints, and diversion cases
Deliver on a broad spectrum of transport activities (e.g., delivery planning, on-time delivery execution, optimum carrier/broker selection, shipment cost calculation, handling carrier invoices), in SAP and other defined tools and applications
Proactively suggest corrective & preventive actions leading towards decrease in incidents and customers complaints
Independently solve complex operational issues and clearly communicate solution towards vendors and other stakeholders
Responsible for supporting the team and providing basic operational trainings for the new joiners within the team
Diligently follow up on complaints using the appropriate tools
Engage in role related projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Be a role model of Yara’s culture where health, environment, safety and quality are a top priority

Profile

Good English, Polish and Russian language skills
Excellent communication skills and a trusted team player
Proactive and self-driven with a solution-oriented mindset
Preferably experienced in Transport Coordination or Supply Chain
Based in Lithuania or willing to relocate

Offered Salary

We offer salary from EUR 1637 to 2456 per month gross (before taxes; language premium included).

Final offer depends on candidate's competences.
