We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Multi-drop Transport Planner to coordinate and optimize  transport operations for our Yara Industrial Solutions Transport Reagents business.. In this role, you’ll ensure deliveries are on time, cost-efficient, and meet the highest customer satisfaction standards. You’ll work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and drivers to keep our supply chain running smoothly while driving improvements in processes and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate multi-drop transport activities to ensure timely, efficient deliveries.
  • Balance costs and performance, monitoring KPIs and taking action where needed.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Procurement, Commercial and other stakeholders to align transport with business needs.
  • Provide drivers with accurate schedules and information.
  • Optimize stock and raw material movements from Yara and third-party terminals.
  • Improve transport processes, minimize diversions and returns, and support automation initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with HESQ standards and follow up on incidents or complaints.
  • Share knowledge and support your team to deliver excellent service together.

Profile

  • Experience in multi-drop transport planning, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and good time management skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Comfortable using planning tools, systems, and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of HESQ requirements is an advantage.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is essential
