As part of that unit, Business Excellence & Transformation’s purpose is to support and enable the continuous improvement of Yara’s current and future commercial performance.

Within the Business Excellence and Transformation (BET) unit, the Capability Building team’s purpose is to enable and motivate Yara’s global commercial organization to continuously improve their performance by providing relevant and accessible learning programs, resources, activities and experiences. As Yara transforms, Learning & Development is becoming increasingly important, although still a young field in the company. This is an exciting opportunity to shape digital learning in Yara. The team works closely with the regional businesses to provide learning resources to support the commercialisation of Yara’s products and solutions, with a focus on agronomy, sales, marketing, commercial excellence, digital tools.
